The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to the market, beach, and other attractions. One advantage I enjoyed was the lovely balcony outside where I could spend a relaxed evening. the hotel offered free water refills and had a laidback atmosphere, which I appreciated.

It was quite difficult to find the hotel as the address was not clear. And when we arrived, the blanket in our room was not ready.

I recently stayed at Cat Ba Santorini Homestay for a week and had a fantastic time. The owner was incredibly sweet and helpful, giving us great recommendations for tours and local eateries. The location of the homestay is perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley but still just a short walk from the main road. The dorm room I stayed in was incredibly cheap during the low season, but had excellent value for money. The beds were a bit firm, which I personally liked, and the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. I also enjoyed a delicious made-to-order breakfast one morning, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay in Cat Ba.

The cleanliness of everything was absolutely mind-blowing; the beds, bathrooms, and dorms were super clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to help me book tours to Lan Ha and Halong Bay at a jaw-dropping price. The accommodation was clean and simple, with comfy beds and a friendly atmosphere. The cheap breakfast was a bonus, and they had a variety of tours available to book. They even helped me surprise my friend with a birthday cake and recommended an amazing and affordable seafood restaurant. They offer manicure and pedicure services to pamper yourself, and everything is affordable and great. The other guests also had nothing but positive things to say about the family and the homestay. my stay here exceeded my expectations by far, and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

The price of the stay was great and the family running the place was honest and kind. the location of the hotel was also excellent. Plus, the hot shower was really amazing after a long day.

One morning, the power went out and there were some issues with the bathroom amenities - no toilet paper and no soap for washing hands. the mattresses were quite thin, but I still managed to get a decent sleep.

Although my stay was great, I must mention that the room was quite cold at night and the duvet provided was not enough to keep me warm. Additionally, there were a few bugs and an occasional cockroach, which was a bit unsettling.

wifi was a bit spotty

We, as youngsters, loved the helpful staff, cheap breakfast, comfortable dorm rooms. the owner even went above and beyond by sending my forgotten clothes to Hanoi. They also offer tours and moped rentals.
